PM Report: New Gel Cuts AIDS Risk for Women

In what could be a major breakthrough in the prevention of AIDS, especially in Africa, researchers announced the successful testing of a new low-cost gel for women that can cut the chances of contracting HIV by 39%. Mark Schoofs discusses. Also, Milton Ezrati, an economist at Lord Abbett, discusses the seven reasons he thinks the chances of a double-dip recession are slight.
