Is it true the turkey dinner that millions of Americans will dig into Thursday is sleep-inducing?

The WSJ’s Christina Tsuei reports that the “food coma” many of us experience doesn’t have a clear cause — but it’s not a result of a rush of blood from the head to the stomach to aid digestion. That post-meal slump may not even be related to food or digestion at all, she reports.
