Dems Scrambling on Eve of Health Vote

The House votes on a health bill this weekend, but Democrats appear short of the 218 votes they need to pass the legislation. Either way, WSJ’s Janet Adamy says lawmakers could be in for a long Saturday night on Capitol Hill.
