CEOs Grade the House Health-Care Bill

At the WSJ’s CEO Council in Washington, D.C., the chiefs of the Cleveland Clinic, Aetna Inc., and Novartis AG grade the health-care bill that passed in the U.S. House of Representatives. The panel also assessed the bill’s chances in the Senate.
